Pulin Quarries

Founded in 2005, Pulin Quarries is a family-owned company that has grown into a major supplier of stone aggregates for concrete plants and civil engineering projects. With exceptionally high-quality limestone available at their quarry, the business shifted its focus toward supplying local concrete producers and now works with three major plants in the region.

As demand increased, Pulin Quarries needed a mobile processing solution capable of delivering consistent, high-quality aggregates while maintaining strong production rates and low operating costs.

The company has been running the Anaconda I12R Impact Crusher as their primary crusher for the past two years. The I12R breaks down the feed material into the required 0/32 mm and 0/63 mm fractions with consistency. This feeds directly into the Anaconda SR520 Three-Deck Finishing Screen, which was purchased shortly after the I12R.

Together, the I12R and SR520 form a mobile processing plant that not only meets but exceeds the company’s production expectations, consistently delivering 250-300 tph. The team notes that the ease of operation has been a major advantage. Operators can learn to run the equipment within a few hours, without the need for specialized training. Daily operation is straightforward, and maintenance is simple with support from Globex, their local Anaconda dealer.
