The company is expanding its operations to include compost processing, increasing the need for flexible and efficient material handling solutions.

To support this expansion, NEXTA required a solution that could enhance its existing screening setup and enable accurate separation of multiple kinds of materials and sizes. The company selected an Anaconda TD516R Trommel Screen to meet its operational requirements.

The machine delivers high-capacity performance, processing up to 70 tonnes per hour, and provides the versatility needed to handle both construction waste and future composting materials through interchangeable drum configurations.

With the addition of the Anaconda TD516R, NEXTA benefits from improved throughput, consistent material recovery, and a reliable solution designed for demanding daily use.

This installation positions NEXTA to scale its recycling capabilities while preparing for future diversification, ensuring efficient operations both now and as the business continues to grow.
