Designed to perform washing, dewatering and classification in a single machine with the ability to produce a clean product free of sand or silt.
The Anaconda Fine Material Washer is available in a single and double screw design and is engineered to integrate effortlessly with Anaconda Finishing and Rinsing Screens. Hydraulic motors allow the Fine Material Washer to connect to and be powered by Anaconda screeners. They accept the fines fraction (9.5 mm or 3/8” minus) from the screen and produce a washed, in-spec sand that is partially dewatered for ease of stockpiling from an Anaconda conveyor. The 36” Fine Material Washer can be containerised in a standard 40’ shipping container for added portability and to reduce transport costs.
