Coarse Material Washers

The Anaconda Coarse Material Washer uses particle-on-particle attrition coupled with mechanical agitation to scrub deleterious material from coarse aggregate feeds (up to 76.2 mm or 3”). Featuring corrugated paddles mounted on rotating shafts, the Anaconda Coarse Material Washer is suitable for removing clay, silt, wood, lignite and other low-density contaminants present in the feed material. It is available as a single or double screw shaft unit. Designed with a rising current manifold, the Anaconda Coarse Material Washer injects a stream of water into the tub to assist with material separation and improve product quality.

The Anaconda Coarse Material Washer pairs with Anaconda screeners to produce a clean, sized stone product. It features a hydraulic motor that is powered by the screener (depending on power requirements) for seamless integration, and it can discharge directly onto Anaconda conveyors for stockpiling.
