Anaconda Rinsing Screens are designed for high-efficiency wet processing to remove clay, silt, dust and other fine contaminants from a range of materials including crushed stone, sand and gravel.
The Anaconda Rinsing Screen range combines high vibration with precision water spray bars to maximise the liberation of contaminants from clean materials. Rinsing Screens come in a multiple-deck configuration of either 2 or 3 decks to produce up to four products – fines, mids, mids oversize and oversize. The Anaconda Rinsing Screen range is suitable for washing sand and gravel, removing impurities from crushed stone, preparing materials for concrete and asphalt production, supporting manufactured sand operations and prewashing prior to classification or dewatering.
