PROJECT SUMMARY

Precision Aggregates is a custom crushing contractor serving a wide range of clients across Southern Ontario. Processing a large variety of materials and producing high‑quality aggregates, they needed a mobile crusher that could keep pace with demanding job sites and variable feed material. After years of renting equipment, Precision Aggregates made its first crusher purchase: the Anaconda J12 Jaw Crusher, supplied through Toromont Cat.

For the past two and a half years, the Anaconda J12 has been the backbone of Precision Aggregates’ crushing operations. The team regularly processes everything from recycled concrete and asphalt to limestone, sand and gravel, blast rock and shale. They often switch between materials multiple times within a single project. The J12’s simplified design and operator‑friendly layout have made those transitions seamless.

Performance has been equally impressive. Precision Aggregates reports that the highest tonnage they’ve achieved with the J12 reached 350 tph in a sand and gravel pit processing fine rock. The machine’s consistent throughput and reliability have allowed them to take on more work and expand their capabilities across the region.

Supported by Toromont Cat’s local expertise and service, Precision Aggregates continues to rely on the J12 as a key component of its growing crushing operation. “Support has been pretty good. You can call them up and instantly talk to someone if you have any questions about repairs or maintenance.”

“We’ve rented a lot of other machines, and this crusher definitely has the easiest serviceability. It’s very easy to set up, take down, easy to move.”

“Toromont is always there to back their product 100%. There’s always someone on the other line and they want to talk to you.”
