Coarse Material Washers

The Anaconda Coarse Material Washer uses particle-on-particle attrition coupled with mechanical agitation to scrub deleterious material from coarse aggregate feeds. Featuring heavy-duty corrugated paddles, the screw washer is mounted on rotating shafts. The Anaconda Coarse Material Washer is available as a single screw and double screw design and is suitable for clay, silt, wood, lignite and other low-density contaminants present in the feed material. Designed with a rising current manifold, the Anaconda Coarse Material Washer injects a stream of water into the tub to assist with material separation and improve product quality.
