Welder/Fabricator
Department: Production
Reports to: Fabrication Manager
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Friday: 8:00AM – 2:00PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for welding and fabricating materials to a high standard, ensuring all products meet required specifications and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate welding equipment safely and correctly
· MIG weld mild steel components to a high standard
· Fit, form, and join raw materials as required
· Ensure finished products meet customer quality standards
· Meet daily and weekly production targets
· Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
· Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices
· Participate in training activities and support the development of others
· Handle and dispose of waste materials appropriately
· Carry out any other duties within your capability as required
Health & Safety
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
Communication & Teamwork
· Keep clear communication with colleagues and supervisors
· Report any issues promptly to the Fabrication Manager
· Work collaboratively and foster a respectful team environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in welding and fabrication
· Strong MIG welding skills (mild steel)
· Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
· Basic understanding of machinery maintenance
· Good spoken and written English
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt
· Committed to producing high-quality work with a customer-focused approach

Forklift Driver

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Ardboe, Dungannon
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Holidays: 31 days per year
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Forklift Driver to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your skills and contribution will play a key role in maintaining smooth factory operations.
As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the factory. This includes the loading and unloading of materials, transporting products to designated storage areas, and supporting general warehouse duties — all while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods using a forklift
- Move and stack materials in designated areas efficiently
- Perform daily forklift safety checks and report any issues
- Operate and handle oversized or heavy equipment when required
- Receive, process, and store delivery documentation
- Liaise with delivery drivers and hauliers
- Assist with general housekeeping within the factory and production areas

Candidate Criteria
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
