The Anaconda Training Academy provides a range of remote, in-person and hands-on programs designed to equip dealer teams with the technical knowledge, product expertise and practical experience needed to support customers and grow confidently.
Our training programs cover everything from fundamental product and company overviews to detailed instruction on equipment features, crushing and screening processes and use of the Anaconda Dealer Portal. Participants also gain insight into warranty procedures, parts ordering and aftersales support functions.
For service personnel, advanced courses focus on commissioning, maintenance and technical support of Anaconda equipment, including in-depth modules on jaw, impact and cone chambers as well as hydraulic and electrical systems. All trainings are conducted by our Sales and Aftersales Support Teams and can be completed either at a dealer’s facility or at our North American facility in Duncansville, Pa.
Anaconda personnel are also able to provide on-site training on equipment operation and maintenance to end users. Experienced field service personnel will travel to your location to review optimal operation best practices, as well as to review maintenance procedures to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
Our global dealer network provides on-site assistance during the commissioning of new machines to guarantee optimal performance from day one. During commissioning, operators receive hands-on training from local experts on how to start up and run their equipment safely and effectively.
